Governing Board
Established by R.I. Gen. Laws § 42-165-5, the Rhode Island Integrated Data System (RIIDS) Governing Board serves as the single governing board for RILDS and the EOHHS Ecosystem. The Board is chaired by the Commissioner of Postsecondary Education (or their designee) and the Secretary of Health and Human Services (or their designee). The Board is responsible for approving data request policies and security, privacy, and access standards.
